I never imagined peaceful sleep was even possible for me, until it was.

For 30 years, I struggled with sleep and truly believed something was wrong with me. I tried every solution I could find like supplements, meditation, melatonin, CBTi, hypnosis, and more, but none of it fixed the fear I felt as soon as the lights went out.

 

What I didn’t know was that the root cause of chronic insomnia isn’t my hormones, gut health, and anxiety, it’s the brain misperceiving danger. When I finally understood how to shift that fear and rebuild trust with my body, everything changed.

I spent years searching for answers that only made things worse.

At first, I did everything the experts said: strict routines, no screens, supplements, CBT-i, meditation, tapping, all of it. But no matter how hard I tried to “fix” my sleep, the sleep anxiety always came back.

The truth is, trying to control sleep made me more afraid, and more awake.

 
It all changed when I stopped trying to sleep, and started feeling safe instead.

When I finally realized my brain thought nighttime was dangerous, everything clicked. My insomnia wasn’t a personal failure, it was fear sending signals of danger to my brain keeping me awake night after night.

I started focusing on nervous system safety, mindset shifts, and rebuilding trust with my body. Within weeks, I started seeing improvements.

Now, I help other people do the same, especially the ones who feel like they’ve tried everything and nothing works. Because I have been there too and know what it's like.

I knew I had to find a way, because living like this wasn’t living.

After decades of struggling, everything changed when I talked to a sleep doctor who worked at a hospital that was much too far for me to travel to. He explained insomnia in a way that finally made sense. He no longer used CBTi with his patients, not because it was bad, but because something else was working better. And what he explained to me resonated deeply.

I began combining what I learned from him with all the tools I already had in my anxiety recovery, nervous system work, mindset, studying and reading a lot, and more. Slowly, the pieces came together. I realized my brain wasn’t broken. It just thought I was in danger. It was keeping me awake on purpose, trying to protect me.

But there was no real danger. And once I stopped trying to force sleep and started helping my brain feel safe again, everything shifted. I overcame insomnia, and now I help others do the same. Because I know what it’s like to feel helpless. And I know this is possible. If I can do it after 30-years, you can too.

I wanted to create something that finally helped people feel safe again at night.

After healing my own insomnia, I couldn’t stop thinking about the others still stuck, wide awake, afraid of bedtime, and convinced something was wrong with them. I knew that pain too well. I wanted to share what I’d learned in a way that felt calming, compassionate, and truly effective, not clinical, not overwhelming, just human.

I'm on a mission

My mission is to help people stop fearing bedtime and finally trust their bodies again. I teach a gentle but powerful approach rooted in nervous system regulation, identity shifts, and fear deactivation, not rigid rules or sleep tracking apps. It’s about retraining your brain to recognize that there’s no real danger anymore.

Everything I share is the opposite of traditional sleep advice. No forcing, no obsessing, no “trying harder.” You don’t need to fix your sleep, your brain needs to feel safe. This is about changing your relationship with wakefulness, with fear, and with yourself. You’re not broken. You’ve just been scared for a long time. And now, together, we help your brain come home to peace.
